CEO/President

Todd is a results oriented leader with 25 years of experience in the Wireless Industry. He possesses extensive knowledge and skills in sales channel development, operations, and marketing.

Todd was an original member of the Pacific Northwest Cellular, Western Wireless (Alltel) and VoiceStream Wireless (T-Mobile USA) Leadership Teams. Today he is the CEO/President of Express Locations – an exclusive branded partner representing T-Mobile with retail stores in 9 western states.

Todd is a member of the BYU Entrepreneur Founders organization and lecturer with the BYU Marriott School of Business and The BYU Rollins Center for Entrepreneurship. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Utah Chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Todd holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Utah State University. He and his wife Janet are the parents of five children and currently reside in Centerville, Utah.

Chief Operations Officer

Darren has 23 years experience in the wireless industry. He consistently demonstrates strong leadership & culture building skills, a sustained track record for quick success with a Bias for Action and urgency to deliver results.

Prior to Express Locations, Darren was  Executive Director of Sales for Western Wireless. In this
capacity through 2005 Darren successfully lead both the western region, and subsequently the national indirect sales channel for the company. Prior to Western Wireless, Darren spent four years with Voice Stream and T‐Mobile in a number of senior management roles for the sales and distribution organization.

Darren lives in Park City, UT with Cindy, his wife of 22 years, and two daughters.

Chief Financial Officer

Jeff has spent 20 years in the wireless industry.  The past 5 years have been devoted to starting and growing Express Locations – an exclusive T-Mobile Premier Retail partner.  Jeff serves as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.  Prior to Express, Jeff acquired a diverse background on the carrier side of the business working for McCaw Cellular initially and then spending 10 years with Western Wireless.  He also acted in the capacity of interim General Manager for 16 RSA properties that were required to be divested as a condition of the Alltel/Western Wireless acquisition in 2005.

Jeff has an Executive MBA degree from the University of Washington and is a licensed CPA.  Jeff serves on the Greater Wenatchee Area Technology Alliance Board of Directors as well as on the Wenatchee Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.  He and his two daughters reside in Wenatchee, Washington.
